This first interview is typically done in my office at Brown & Coker Realty, so we can have access to internet data, printing and copying.
In this first meeting I will cover a wide range of topics including: your financial situation, basic South Carolina Real Estate Forms and documents and answer any questions you may have about the home selling process & how I will market & advertise your property.
We will also review the most recent sales data for property sold in your local neighborhood the Pee Dee real estate market.
By me listening carefully to your needs, I pledge to enhance your experience as a seller and to identify the most effective strategies for selling your property quickly and for the best price.
