This will include verifying and documenting things like: size and square footage, number and type of rooms, amenities, utilities, school districts, building materials, upgrades, land and lot features, zoning and any other data about the property.
Having detailed and accurate data on the property enhances the marketability for today’s savvy buyers.
Many agents simply put your property in the MLS and hope that someone calls. I have a very different approach.
